Addressing the gathering, Union Minister Scindia said that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Ashtalakshmi’ vision, the Northeast has transitioned from being viewed as a peripheral region to becoming a key driver of India’s growth and connectivity with Southeast Asia.
